Specification of NIPPON PAINT ELASTEX WATERPROFF 3 IN 1 WALLPAINT MIXING
ELASTEX WATERPROOF 3-in-1 is a leak-proof coating paint with 5 years of leak-proof protection, based on a very tough acrylic elastomeric latex to prevent water leakage, seal hair cracks and can also serve as a superior primer. This paint has water-resistant, elastic, crack-resistant, anti-alkali, anti-mildew properties, strong adhesion and anti-melting/melting. Now available with more than 2000 color choices.
ELASTEX WATERPROOF is used in places that often experience leaks such as ceilings, roofs, gutters or joints, tile or zinc roofs, asbestos or wooden roofs, concrete roofs, water tanks, outer walls, etc. This paint can be used on cement/concrete, wood, iron and zinc.
APP DATA
Application: Brush, roller, or spray.
Solvent : Water.
Dilution
• 10 - 20% of the first layer.
• 0 - 5% second and third layers.
Recommended Number of Layers: 2 - 3 layers.
Theoretical Spread
• 6 – 7 m²/kg/ply (90 ).
• 9 – 11 m²/kg/layer (40 ).
Drying Time*
Dry Touch : 30 minutes.
Hard Dry: 90 minutes.
